Samantha Siegner, Manager of Client Services
Samantha serves as our account team's senior leader. She helps project teams navigate the internal demands of fast deadlines and multi-channel communications strategy.
A key member of our healthcare communications team, Sam serves as a resident expert on strategic guidance for regional healthcare coalitions, hospital and primary care communications, and chronic disease advocacy campaigns.
Samantha has unique expertise building and managing grassroots campaigns. She has an aptitude for identifying effective advocacy strategies and building coalitions to help raise attention for complex issues. Her roots in rural Oregon make her a sought-after counselor for clients seeking to engage hard-to-reach communities in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining Hubbell, Samantha served in State Representative Knute Buehler’s office where she managed research and proposal development for land management issues in Oregon.
Samantha graduated from Oregon State University with a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, specializing in rhetorical communication and political science. While at Oregon State, she taught public speaking and played on the women's basketball team during the team's first Final Four appearance.
