Rowan Digital Infrastructure is a technology pioneer that sites, permits, develops, and manages digital infrastructure assets – including data centers, fiber networks, edge computing facilities, and other components supporting the rapid expansion of our digital economy.
Our team has worked with Rowan in multiple states to support the siting, planning, and development of scalable, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure solutions to meet the growing demand for data storage, cloud computing, and connectivity.
Hubbell has supported Rowan’s proposed Percheron data center in Oregon’s Columbia River Gorge. This multi-building data center campus will be situated on 275 acres adjacent to high-voltage power infrastructure and right-of way and will offer a notable power capacity of 300 MW once operational.
Our work has focused on creating an integrated community engagement strategy to help the company tell its story about its role in technological innovation and environmental sustainability in the digital infrastructure sector. In addition, our team has helped develop local coalitions to raise awareness and build support for this industry’s vital role in everything from healthcare to public safety to education.
To date, Hubbell has worked with the Rowan team on proposed developments across the Pacific Northwest, South, and Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
